Cancellation policy

Happy Hour Print Club

You may cancel your Happy Hour Print Club subscription at any time prior to your next billing date. Cancellations made after your billing date has passed will take effect the following month.

All sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped. We do not offer refunds on prints that have already been sent out. If you have a question about your subscription or need help canceling, please reach out to us at shopartbyaudrey@gmail.com and we will respond within two business days.

Personalized Stationery

We are unable to offer refunds on personalized orders due to the nature of customization. All stationery orders are submitted to production 12 hours after your order is placed.
