Refund policy

All Products Except Original Art

As our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately upon receipt at shopartbyaudrey@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we will make it right. If you are unhappy with your order we encourage you to contact us so we can work toward a resolution.

Personalized Products

We are unable to offer refunds on personalized orders due to the nature of customization. All stationery orders are submitted to production 12 hours after your order is placed. If you notice an error in your order please cancel immediately and replace your order. If your original order was purchased during a sale or promotional period, we will happily honor that pricing on your replacement order. Please reach out to us at shopartbyaudrey@gmail.com with your original order number and new order number so we can apply the discount.

Original Art

Returns on original artwork are permitted as long as the artwork is returned in its original condition. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at shopartbyaudrey@gmail.com to start the return process. Shipping (inclusive of insurance) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
